Dental Health Coverage Plan

GRINSAVERS HEALTH SERVICES offers an exclusive dental health coverage membership plan for individuals and families in collaboration with DENTAL CLINIC, Hyderabad. Our goal is to eliminate the hassles of high dental costs and time-consuming approvals.

With our membership, you gain access to a wide range of dental treatments at DENTAL CLINICS, in Hyderabad, based on the plan you choose – either Individual or Floater Family Membership. The membership fee is determined by your selected plan and offers cost-effective dental care with assured benefits.

Terms And Conditions

INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY PLAN/COMPREHENSIVE

By enrolling in the Individual/Family Coverage Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Annual Membership Fee

The membership fee is payable annually and is subject to GST as per government regulations.

Validity & Usage

This membership is valid for dental treatments only at specified DENTAL CLINICS, Hyderabad, under the services assured in this plan.

Covered Services

The following services are included in your plan:

• Consultations – As per the plan
• Digital X-rays – As required
• Scaling / Tooth Cleaning – As required
• Tooth-Colored Fillings
• Root Canal Treatment (RCT) Without Crowns – Up to 4 treatments per year
• Extractions & Impactions (Third Molar Extraction) – One per year
• Oral Hygiene Kit – One per year

Membership Policy

• The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
• Membership is valid only at GrinSavers’ network clinics and cannot be used at non-affiliated dental clinics.
• Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the benefits are not utilized during the membership period.
• The membership is valid for the duration specified in the plan and must be renewed before expiration to continue benefits.
• Members must present their membership card or registered details at the time of availing treatments.
• GrinSavers reserves the right to modify or update membership benefits at any time, with prior notice to members.

Waiting Period

A 30-day waiting period applies from the date of membership payment before you can start utilizing the services. However, in case of dental emergencies, treatments may be accommodated sooner based on the severity of the condition and at the discretion of the treating dentist.

GRINSAVERS Roles and Responsibilities

• Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the treatment, any dispute must be resolved directly with the treating doctor. GRINSAVERS is not responsible for treatment-related disputes.
• Additional Charges: Any extra charges incurred for services not covered under this plan must be paid directly to the treating doctor or hospital. GRINSAVERS does not reimburse such charges.
• Lost Membership Card: In case of loss, a duplicate card can be issued for Rs. 200/-.
• Network Clinics: A list of network hospitals/clinics will be made available on the GRINSAVERS website.
• Accident Coverage: Dental damage due to accidents is not covered under this plan.

Membership Renewal & Discounts

• The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment and must be renewed before expiry.
• If you do not use any service within the 12-month period, you will receive a 25% No Claim Bonus, applicable on the next renewal.
• The No Claim Bonus is valid only if the renewal is completed before the due date.
• If you opt for a 4-year membership, you receive a flat 25% discount on the total membership fee.

Medical History Disclosure

• You must disclose your full and accurate medical history to the treating doctor before starting any treatment.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions, past complications, or prior dental treatments must be shared to ensure safe and effective care.
• If any relevant medical information is intentionally withheld, GrinSavers and the treating doctor will not be liable for any resulting complications or adverse effects.
• It is the member’s responsibility to inform the dentist about any allergies, ongoing medications, or chronic health conditions that may impact dental treatment.
• Failure to provide complete and truthful medical history may result in denial of certain treatments for patient safety.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At GrinSavers, we strive to provide affordable and accessible dental care through our membership plans. To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure seamless operations, the following Cancellation & Refund Policy applies:

• Non-Refundable Membership Fee: Once the membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether the services included in the plan have been utilized or not.
• No Refunds on Cancellation: If a member chooses to cancel their plan before the expiry date, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued.
• Non-Utilization of Services: Failure to use the benefits within the membership period does not qualify for a refund or extension beyond the plan’s validity.
• Plan Discontinuation: If a member voluntarily discontinues or stops using the plan for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
• Transfer & Upgrade Restrictions: Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual or exchanged for a different plan. If an upgrade is available, any additional charges must be paid as per the revised plan terms.
• Policy Amendments: GrinSavers reserves the right to modify or update the Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Members will be notified of any such changes through official communication channels.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this membership plan:

• Cosmetic dental procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, and smile makeovers.
• Orthodontic treatments (Braces, Invisalign, etc.).
• Dental implants & prosthetics (Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, etc.).
• Accident-related dental injuries.

Treatment Appointments & No-Show Policy

• Members must book an appointment in advance to avail of the services.
• If a member fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, GRINSAVERS reserves the right to limit future appointments or charge a consultation fee for repeated no-shows.

Changes to the Membership Plan

GrinSavers reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any services included in the membership plan as necessary. These changes may include adding new benefits, updating existing services, or removing certain treatments to improve the overall value and effectiveness of the plan. Any modifications will be officially communicated to members through email notifications or website updates to ensure transparency and awareness. Members are encouraged to stay updated with the latest plan details by regularly checking our official communication channels.

Data Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your personal and medical information will be handled with strict confidentiality and used only for treatment and administrative purposes.
• GRINSAVERS will not share or sell your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
